Do rooms include hair dryer and amenities?
Yes, all of our rooms include amenities for guest comfort, rooms include shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap in the shower, liquid soap in the sink, a bathing cap and bottled water. The hair dryer is available upon request and can be ordered directly from the reception.
What is the policy for children?
A maximum of two children under 5 years of age are allowed at no additional cost per room, provided they use existing beds.
Can the beds (two singles or one double) be configured?
Yes, in some rooms it is possible to configure the beds as a double bed or two single beds. This option depends on the typology of the room, so we recommend consulting in advance with reception at the time of making the reservation.
Is breakfast included in this rate?
Yes. All of our rates include continental breakfast for our guests.
Are additional guests allowed in the same room?
Yes, some rooms allow additional guests or extra beds, subject to space and the typology of the room. Categories such as Deluxe and Deluxe Premium do not allow additional beds due to the layout and size of the room.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No. All of our rooms are smoke-free. Smoking inside the rooms generates a penalty of USD 250 for specialized cleaning and adaptation of the space.
